Now let's bring it down to our own naija. How do we handle your relationships, good or bad hmm?
Some lady has his life story called "the untold story" to share with us. He wants you to be fair with your judgements. She needs your suggestions on what to do next with her life... There she goes
My name is precious. I'm here to share my story with you. Please listen carefully while i share my story. I am a young lady who seek education as the priority and legacy you can best give to a child. Mine was totally different. I am from a poor family background, my father seem to have substantial farm that could carry the family's necessity. While my mother was a petty trader. I was always helping my mother hawk vegetables at the market, There i met Ngozi who was a close friend to the family. Her mother was my mother's friend, so we started getting mingling with other people, visiting friends. My parents died out of poverty living me with my younger ones Eze, Nkechi and Chibuzor. Ngozi whom i trusted so much lured me into prostitution. All the while i never knew she was a commercial sex hawker.Ngozi would pretend to be good and useful to her mother during the day but at night she turns out to be the devil's advocate. Along the line, she introduced me to other of her friends, she never whispered anything to me which prompted and made me cautious.
Ngozi said...relax girl !forget what you're going through, look! this time we're going to paint the town red and from this i can go to school and attain your education. I didn't understand what she was driving at. Then i asked.... Ngo what are you talking about, can you make me understand? i hope its not what I'm thinking?
Ngozi said... relax girl, i say relax. or don't you want to help your family get out of poverty?
Girl you're going to be made soon, trust me on this one. Then i kept calm immediately i remembered i have my younger ones feed and must go to school. Finally i joined Ngozi. We were always called at night by Ngozi man friend who was always bringing runs to us. There i met this young cute guy named Jones. Jones was always patronizing us but he really liked the way i give to him, so he came to me and asked me to be his girlfriend. He said...
Girl each time i come here i hardly take my eyes off you, to tell you that you're very beautiful and attractive to any man. I'm really interested in you. May i know you better? he said. At first i couldn't imagine that a prostitute could actually get someone to love her after being misused by other guys. I replied him.
Precious: Gentle man what do you want from me?
Jone: I want to know you, i mean i wan to know you better. Please what's your name he asked
Precious: my name is precious and how may i help you?
Jones: i don't know if I'm embarrassing you but i want to make you a better person. why do you want to destroy yourself and your future? let me make you a better person.
Precious: Please don't ask me this silly question or else I'll slap you. He just smiled and apologized to me.
Jones did all he could to get me out of prostitution but because i was carried away i totally lost focus and attention of the dreams for my future took me a long time to realize what i was doing, Through the help of Jones i left prostitution. Jones really loves me and caters for me and my siblings . He owns a mansion at Lekki where no one except him occupied. So i moved in with my younger ones. I never knew Jones was into a drug business. He was a druggie. I was carried away by his fortunes and luxuries and even the ambiance of the environment swept my feet away. I didn't even bother to find out the kind of business he does and knowing his family. All i wanted at that moment was comfort and shelter. I lived with Jones with my three siblings. Jones took care of all my needs and that of my siblings. He said
Jones: Precious, will you marry me?.. He added.
Precious: Yes of course i will marry you. I hope its not because you've been helpful to me you want to take advantage of that? she exclaimed.
Jones: No! i have loved you the very first day i set my eyes on you at Beacon's lounge. You were very humble and reserved which was why i got interested in you. At first i pretended i didn't have any feelings for him not until he asked me to marry him i was melting deep inside me . I did not hesitate than to give him a "yes". Jones saw me through school up to university level an immediately after that we got married and lived happily ever after.
So guys what's your take on this? Can you marry a prostitute?
And ladies, can you date a druggie let alone marry him because he treats you right?
